Everything goes digital

From online application, contract agreement, invoice & receipt to email notification, we helped Joy Fitness to streamline their operational processes by going digital. All the customer information is re-organised and well-stored in a new database, which is easier for search and analysis.

Besides, customers and trainers are able to keep track of the latest lesson status, including attendance, remaining lesson, from a digital report.

We have also revamped the website to be mobile-responsive and the WebApp is now available for all kinds of digital devices. Customers are able to access their QR code in the customer portal easily.
